I had a tour of the Limon Correctional Facility yesterday, in order to be cleared for helping to bring alcohol and drug addiction meetings into the prison. It’s a sobering place, a state penitentiary plopped out in the middle of the eastern plains of Colorado, a drive of an hour and a half from Denver.
